He began his work with semi-conductors and designed chips, and steadily progressed throughout the field. Mr. Fanini worked as a design engineer and staff engineer V before assuming his current position. His past experience exposed him to all facets of the industry and he became well versed in the management of activities for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

Mr. Fanini has garnered a strong reputation for his ability to deal with all kinds of people, manage many projects at one time, and get things done in the proper amount of time with professionalism. In his role, he is responsible for managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion internationally, assisting in the technical responsibilities of electrical engineering projects, handling integrity of technical design and implementation regarding to procedures, compliance, design review, manufacturability, etc., working in the systems engineering group at Baker Hughes, and handling technology and product road maps. Mr. Fanini’s career goal is to move to an executive position in technology portfolio management and product research and development work.
