Mr. Iuzzini’s latest position augments his 25 years of experience. As a director of fiber services, he is responsible for planning and organizing executive projects while coordinating cross-functional resources to help the telecommunications company move forward. In order to accomplish this, he ensures compliance by assigning responsibilities and monitoring the progress along the path of execution. While determining the metrics in order to have a successful project, Mr. Iuzzini gathers data to assess and track. Creating business cases allows him to establish prioritization. Additionally, Mr. Iuzzini’s role involves working with key individuals across the company to understand business requirements and communicate with stakeholders. So much of the company’s success relies on his observation of projects that he compiles the key dates and milestones.
To prepare for a career in this industry, Mr. Iuzzini holds a certificate in financial information technology project management from Villanova University. In addition, he has a certificate in facility management from Rockhurst University and completed the Belcore outside plant engineering course. His time in the Marine Corps also merited various certifications, as well as accolades. In order to continue growing within the field, he maintains affiliation to the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers Inc. In recognition of his work in the technology field, he has received the Circle of Excellence award twice from Level 3 Communications. Prior to joining Byers Engineering Company, he worked with New York Telephone and Zayo Group LLC. Looking toward the future, Mr. Iuzzini endeavors to serve as the regional vice president of operations and eventually go into teaching. He also aspires to use his talents in a consulting role.
