Rosemead, CA, March 31, 2015, Eng. Monique S. Sidaross, MSCE, Director, General Educator, and Engineer for Moni Sid & Associates, has been recognized by Elite American Engineers for dedication, achievement and leadership in consulting and education.

Due to her family background and her interest in the construction field, Eng. Sidaross got involved in engineering. She always wanted to build something that lasts forever, and she did. Eng. Sidaross has been involved in the industry for more than 25 years and has managed numerous construction sites of hospitals and other major university buildings as a licensed female civil engineer. She has made a name for herself in a male-dominated industry and continues to excel as the owner of her company, Moni Sid & Associates.

Eng. Sidaross spends her days collaborating with government companies, and teaching algebra, trigonometry, calculus, English, French and Arabic translation in business and at a community college. An expert in structural engineering and education, she acquired two master degrees in civil engineering with a specialization in structural engineering. Eng. Sidaross believes in the value of education and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in engineering management. Looking toward the future, she would like to expand her company and get more involved in consulting and online teaching in civil engineering, math and languages.
